A 13-year-old suffered critical injuries when he was hit by a car Friday in Riverhead.
Police say the boy was crossing at the corner of Osborne Avenue and Pulaski Street when he was struck around 3 p.m. He was heading to grab a slice from Carlo's Pizza Oven.
