A mother started a nonprofit after her daughter was diagnosed with cancer - to try and find a cure.
Jamie Weiss started Gold Ribbon Riders after her daughter, Sawyer, was diagnosed with stage four neuroblastoma cancer when she was 10 months old.
Following eight rounds of chemotherapy, 11 blood transfusions and a nine-hour surgery, Sawyer is in remission.
Weiss says she's committed to raising money for rare cancer research through Cycle for Survival to find a cure so other children don't suffer.
The organization has raised over $1 million in two years.
