Police say 10 people were arrested at a sobriety checkpoint overnight in Huntington Station.

Among the arrested was Marvin Whitfield, of Huntington, who allegedly drove drunk with his 7-month-old daughter in the car. Whitfield was charged with felony DWI under Leandra's Law.

Also arrested for driving while intoxicated were Maritza Borges, 46, of Huntington Station; Judy Evans, 53, of Huntigton; Avinav Gambhir, 24, of Dix Hills; Cori Levin, 50, of Deer Park; Michael Levy, 27, of Melville; Abdulla Mirpur, 36, of Dix Hills; Kathryn Perry, 47, of Seaford; Renny Peter, 32, of Georgia; and Andrea Ronquillo, 25, of in Huntington.
