A Hampton Bays man is facing DWI charges for a crash that left one person hurt on Monday night, according to police.
Southampton police say 41-year-old Alvaro Gonzalez De Los Santos rear-ended another car at the intersection of Squiretown Road and Montauk Highway.
Responding officers determined that he had been driving while intoxicated.
The victim sustained minor injuries and was hospitalized for treatment.
Police say Gonzalez De Los Santos is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday morning.
