Zaro’s Café in Huntington Station celebrated 30 years of business on Saturday. Owners of the Greek and Italian restaurant say it was hard to stay afloat during the pandemic. Despite that hardship, they pitched in by donating over 100 face shields. The owners say they are determined to thrive and continue their family’s legacy. State assemblyman Steve Stern was also there on Saturday to present the eatery with a legislative proclamation.
