Temperatures were at their coldest levels for the week yesterday as they topped only into the mid-30s. We will start to bounce back today, with temperatures getting milder than yesterday. There won't be a need to wear multiple thin layers, nor one thick layer today, as temps will rise into the mid-40s under fair skies.
Spring officially arrives tomorrow, at 10:46 a.m., when the Vernal Equinox occurs. Most of the day will be dry but there is a chance for showers for the afternoon to evening hours. This will be more of a nuisance than, especially for the afternoon rush.
The showers will taper off by Saturday morning, with milder temps moving in as skies turn clearer later in the day.
Sunday will have the temps getting towards warmer levels, as daytime highs could touch the low 60s. Another system will approach the region late in the day, bringing scattered showers into the region. Those showers will last into Monday morning, and as a cold front passes by, with colder air to follow. Breezy winds and temps in the 40s will come our way for Monday.
