Santa Claus made an early stop Saturday at the Nassau University Medical Center, giving out toys to more than 200 children who will spend the holidays there.
During the event, kids and their families enjoyed food, arts and crafts, face painting and a bouncy house.
More than 900 gifts were donated from different charities across Long Island to make the season a bit brighter for the children at the hospital.
“We care about them. Not just their health, but we want to be kind to them and spread some holiday cheer,” says Megan Ryan, of NUMC.
