A 38-year-old worker was killed after being struck by a delivery truck at a Home Depot warehouse in Perth Amboy, authorities said.
Police said the incident was reported shortly before 7 a.m. Wednesday at the facility at 221 Riverview Drive. Officers found the man unresponsive and not breathing at the loading dock.
Hackensack Meridian paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.
The driver of the truck remained at the site and is cooperating with investigators, police said. The Perth Amboy Police Department is investigating the incident with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
No additional details were released pending notification of next of kin.
