Police say a Suffolk worker has died after falling off a runaway bulldozer.
The incident happened yesterday in Riverhead off Old Country Road between Riverhead Nissan and Costco.
Police say Jason Nichols was leveling some land when he fell off the machine. He suffered serious internal injuries and died at the hospital.
The bulldozer kept going and hit a parked van before coming to a stop in the rear parking lot of Applebees.
