Tech giant Apple has released iOS 8, its newest and biggest software update.
However, those starting the download may be faced with a glitch. Many people are complaining that they're forced to delete apps to free up storage space for the upgrade.
Users do have another option for downloading iOS 8 without losing all their apps. Just connect your iPhone or iPad to your computer and get the software through iTunes.
News 12 asked Bronx viewers if they've upgraded yet. Some agree it's too much work, but they'll do it anyway. Others say they may just go out and get the new iPhone.
