Police say an Oak Beach woman is accused of stealing a puppy from a woman she had sold the dog to.
According to police, Elizabeth Dolce forcefully took a 4-month-old German Shepard from the victim as she was walking the dog Thursday afternoon.
The incident happened near Beech Street in Point Lookout.
Police say Dolce then took off but was arrested a short time later at her home.
The woman sold the puppy to the victim earlier this month and has been calling the woman about the dog ever since, police say.
