Officials say two Long Island teens are out on bail after being accused of raping a student at an upstate college.
William Serviss, of Rocky Point, Glendon Gashen, of Hempstead, and Michael Curtaola, of Brooklyn, are accused of gang raping a female student in a dorm at Mount Saint Mary College on Sunday morning.
The judge issued an order of protection for the victim.
News 12 Long Island has learned the teens will be staying at their homes, not at the school.
All three teens are due back in court next month.
