Captain Wilburt Riera, who lives in Bay Shore, was arrested by the FBI Friday at his station house on Staten Island. He is a 21-year veteran EMS captain on Staten Island.
Riera is accused of having sex with two children two weeks ago in Hollywood.
The FDNY has suspended him for 30 days without pay. The DA's office says he will most likely be picked up by California police at his next court date, scheduled for Oct. 9.
