This week, Caroline ranks Cedar Beach in Babylon on a scale of one to 10 as far as best beaches go!

Residents say they like Cedar Beach in Babylon because it's almost an empty beach and they don't want others to know about it.

Since Cedar Beach is a large and a long beach, the Town of Babylon provides transportation to get people to the waterfront all the way from the boardwalk.

The Bob Sweeney Sport Fishing Education Center and Aquaculture Facility educates residents on the marine life that's featured underwater, as well as how to reel in a great catch.

The beach also features an 18-hole pitch put golf course and a disc golf course.

The restaurant Salt Shack features a variety of foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

People who stay throughout the day can check out live nightly concerts at the Salt Shack stage seven nights a week throughout the summer.

The free concerts feature local bands performing the hits from various decades and various genres.
