Copy-What's Cooking: Spaghetti cacio e pepe

Chris Perrotta, of Blackbird Kitchen and Cocktails in Wantagh, shows News 12's Lily Stolzberg how to make spaghetti cacio e pepe.
Ingredients:
2 tbs butter
½ cup pasta water
½ cup parmigiana cheese
½ cup pecorino cheese
Salt and pepper
½ lb pasta
Instructions:
Bring large pot of water to a boil.
Cook pasta to al dente (approx. 9-10 minutes).
In a saute pan melt butter, pinch of salt and pepper.
Once pasta is cooked, drain and add to sauté pan along with ½ cup of pasta water.
Add cheese.
Mix on low flame until incorporated.
