Prime in Huntington, shows News 12's Lily Stolzberg how to make grilled Wagyu short rib, parsley-chili, charred lemon.
Ingredients:
1 lb 1/2 inch cross cut short rib
½ oz spice blend
5 ea garlic
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch cilantro
1 ea jalapeno
2 oz honey
1 ea lemon
Directions:
Bring pot of water to boil and add parsley, cilantro, garlic and jalapeno. Boil for 4 minutes.
Strain and blend parsley mixture until smooth and cool quickly over ice.
Char lemon on grill.
Rub short ribs with spice blend.
Grill short rib over high heat till charred and cooked to medium.
Serve with parsley puree, lemon and sea salt.
