Ingredients (4 scones)

  • Sugar: 0.88 ounces
  • Baking powder: 0.38 ounces
  • Salt: 0.055 ounces
  • Raisins: 3.1 ounces
  • Honey: 1.1 ounces
  • Heavy cream (in dough): 8.8 ounces
  • Brandy: 0.11 ounces
  • Flour: 7.9 ounces
  • Extra heavy cream (for washing tops): Small amount — do not add to dough.

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients in the bowl in order listed
  2. Mix all ingredients till well incorporated
  3. Ball the dough and shape into a circle
  4. Cut into 4 even pieces
  5. Brush tops with heavy cream
  6. Bake at 330 degrees for 30 minutes or when golden brown on top and bottom
