- Sugar: 0.88 ounces
- Baking powder: 0.38 ounces
- Salt: 0.055 ounces
- Raisins: 3.1 ounces
- Honey: 1.1 ounces
- Heavy cream (in dough): 8.8 ounces
- Brandy: 0.11 ounces
- Flour: 7.9 ounces
- Extra heavy cream (for washing tops): Small amount — do not add to dough.
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in the bowl in order listed
- Mix all ingredients till well incorporated
- Ball the dough and shape into a circle
- Cut into 4 even pieces
- Brush tops with heavy cream
- Bake at 330 degrees for 30 minutes or when golden brown on top and bottom
