Monday's wet weather is causing traffic nightmares across the Island.Sunrise Highway is closed near Deer Park Avenue due to a five-car accident. Delays have also been reported on numerous roadways including the Northern State Parkway, the Southern State Parkway and the Long Island Expressway.Drivers are being urged to use caution on the roads due to the weather conditions. Motorists should also plan on allowing extra time to get to their destinations.
