A West Babylon gas station made some motorists very happy Thursday morning. The OK Petroleum station on Route 109 knocked 94 cents off the price of every gallon of gas for customers for 94 minutes. The event was a joint effort with radio station Island 94.3. The radio station praised Anthony Fontana, the owner of the gas station, for offering the discount. Island 94.3 said it pushed the event since Memorial Day weekend is approaching and gas prices continue to rise. The radio station said it felt it was time to give something back to the community. For those who didn't get to take advantage of the price cut, the gas station said there's always next year.
