Weekend Workout - Starting the day with intention

This week's workout comes from Colette Morales, the co-founder of NY Fit Fest. Colette demonstrates how to start the day with intention. Stand up tall with a little bend in the knees, extend your finger tips wide, extend arms up to the sky and connect your palms at the top. Take a big breath in and exhale. Next, grab a sturdy surface, extend your arms, bend your knees and send your hips back.
