This week's workout comes from Geri Ainbinder at Synergy Fitness. A good way to start getting into a deadlift is to use a hex bar. But if you don't have one, grab a set of weights you're comfortable with. Make sure your back is straight, and your knees are bent slightly.
For a good workout, start with five deadlifts. As you bend, shift your weight into the back heel of your feet. After five reps, in the bent over position, slightly angle your weights and perform a row. After five reps of rows, slowly move into a push-up position and perform five push-ups.
