This week's workout comes from Chris LoVarco American, of
American Black Belt Academy. This Fight Fit workout is sure to get your heart pumping and your body moving.
The medicine ball interval circuit starts with a warm-up and some jumps. Next, Chris says go into staggered push-ups and alternate sides for some upper body toning. Keep your heart rate up with a ball slam to continue targeting your upper body. End the medcine ball circuit with a ball toss and burpee.
Each exercise should be done for 45 seconds with a 5-second gap in between. The target is seven different exercises in several rounds.
