Wednesday marked the anniversary of the first World Trade Center terror attack.
In 1993, a cell of Islamic terrorists detonated a truck bomb in an underground parking garage at the Manhattan skyscrapers.
A total of six people, including two Long Islanders, were killed.
The mastermind, Ramzi Yousef, was caught and convicted along with five others.
Yousef's uncle is Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, who officials say was the mastermind of the 9/11 attack.
There is a planned ceremony today at the World Trade Center memorial.
