A Long Island man is suing Justin Bieber over allegations the pop-star's entourage left him hospitalized following a Southampton nightclub incident.

Wayne Rennalls, 22, says he suffered a busted lip, chipped tooth and bruises in a parking lot fight with Bieber's crew Sunday morning at the South Point nightclub.

According to Rennalls, the fight was over a bowtie he had lent to a waitress. He claims he tried to get the bowtie back at the end of the night from the waitress, who was with Bieber and his entourage, which spurred the altercation.

Rennalls says he's a model and currently can't do his job due to his injuries.

Bieber's camp has yet to comment.
