? Voters throughout Long Island are heading to the polls Tuesday for New York primaries.
Several races are getting the attention of voters, including the battle between Democratic Assemblyman Philip Ramos and Waldo Cabrera. Suffolk County Executive Steve Levy has thrown his support behind Cabrera. The incumbent, Ramos, held up an extension on Suffolk?s sales tax in Albany during a fight with Levy over immigration issues.
GOP Rep. Peter King is also being challenged by Robert Previdi for the ninth time.
