Nassau lawmakers have unanimously approved a measure to outlaw 'revenge porn.'
The measure makes it illegal to post intimate images of another person online with the intent to hurt them.
Under the measure, those who post revenge porn could face a year in prison and a fine. It also gives victims civil recourse.
