2ds agoA fugitive from Virginia who was arrested in Bay Shore pleaded guilty to owning 4,000 fentanyl pills and three illegal guns.
Prosecutors say Shanti Fenton was arrested following a standoff at a Bay Shore in 2021. They say one of his pistols was modified to work like a machine gun.
Fenton was wanted for armed robbery in Virginia. The charges from Virginia are pending.
He is expected to get a 10-year sentence for his crimes in New York.
