Flames poured out of a car in Hempstead early Sunday morning.

Video was taken near Vermont Avenue around 7 a.m. on Sunday morning.

News 12 reached out to the Hempstead Fire Department to see what exactly happened and if anyone was hurt.

No word has been given on the cause of the fire.
