The victim of an alleged DWI crash that happened in Farmingville last month has died.

The victim of an alleged DWI crash that happened in Farmingville last month has died.
Police say Erika Bautista's car broke down in the right lane along Route 83 on Sept. 25 when an alleged drunk driver slammed into it.
Bautista has since died from her injuries.
News 12 is told her daughters, 4, 8 and 10 years old, were also inside the vehicle. Two were trated for serious injuries.
The driver of the other vehicle, Chris Montpetit, was arrested and charged with DWI.
