A large police presence descended on Great Neck Friday afternoon following a vehicle and foot pursuit.

Vehicle, foot pursuit causes large police presence in Great Neck
A large police presence descended on Great Neck Friday afternoon following a vehicle and foot pursuit.
Video shows the scene by Steamboat Road near Wood Road, where a police aviation unit was overhead.
Police say officers tried to make a traffic stop for a person with multiple violations, but that the person fled on foot at Bayview Avenue in Great Neck.
The person was later arrested and transported to the 6th Precinct.
There were no injuries.
