A Valley Stream man accused of pointing a gun at a landscaper on Saturday is facing numerous charges, according to police.
Officers responding to the scene near Rose Avenue say Jesse Demarco, 38, became confrontational as they attempted to take him into custody.
Police found two firearms and a switchblade on him during the course of the investigation.
Authorities say the charges against Demarco include two counts of criminal possession of a weapon, menacing and resisting arrest.
Demarco was released on recognizance after his arraignment this morning. His next court appearance is Dec. 8.
