The Postal Service hosted a job fair Wednesday afternoon at the USPS vehicle maintenance facility in Stamford to highlight the new job opportunities across Connecticut.
USPS is looking to externally hire six auto motor technicians for the facility in Stamford to work on mail delivery vehicles.
USPS human resources specialist Lori Zaskey, says it's a great place to work.
“The longevity of the careers that our employees have here is just outstanding and the benefits that we also provide really can assist with anyone that wants to work for the Postal Service."
The Postal Service is looking to fill other open positions immediately across the state.
