USA Swimming suspends Phelps over bong photo

USA Swimming has suspended Michael Phelps for three months after he was photographed allegedly smoking marijuana from a bong.The organization is also halting its financial support for the eight-time Olympic gold medalist for three months. USA Swimming says it wanted to "send a strong message" to Phelps.Kellogg also announced it will not be renewing its contract with Phelps, saying his behavior is "not consistent with the image of Kellogg."Long Islanders have mixed reactions to the fallout from the Phelps photograph.
