A tractor-trailer filled with alcohol and an unoccupied bus were destroyed by a fire this morning in Valley Stream.
The incident occurred in the Toys 'R Us parking lot of the Green Acres Mall just off Sunrise Highway.
Investigators say two people were inside the tractor-trailer when it burst into flames around 8:30 a.m. They were not injured.
Police are investigating what caused the fire.
The surrounding shops will remain open for the rest of the day.
