A toxicology report released by the National Transportation Safety Board said he had traces of cocaine and crack cocaine in his urine at the time of the crash.

A Woodmere pilot killed in an Orange County plane crash reportedly had drugs in his system.
Francisco Knipping-Diaz was piloting a twin engine Cessna 303 with two others on board in August 2019 when the plane crashed into a home.
He and the owner of the home were killed.
A toxicology report released by the National Transportation Safety Board said he had traces of cocaine and crack cocaine in his urine at the time of the crash.
Both passengers in the plane and two other people in the home were hurt.
