The Town of North Hempstead is stepping in to clean up a New Cassel home that neighbors say is an eyesore. The Holly Lane home has debris spread across its front lawn. Neighbors complained to the town and crews were sent to the home Thursday for a massive cleanup.Town Councilman Robert Troiano says the homeowner will be responsible for all costs related to the cleanup.
