4ds agoTom Suozzi announced this morning that he is filing a committee to run for Congress in November 2024.
Suozzi is looking to take back New York's 3rd Congressional District seat from Rep. George Santos, after retiring to run for governor in 2022.
In a post on Instagram, Suozzi said, "I’ve never sat on the sidelines. From the cost-of-living to immigration, crime, climate change, combating terrorism in the Middle East and globally, and simply helping people, we need more common sense and compassion and less chaos and senseless fighting."
