Police are investigating a triple-fatal shooting in the Van Cortlandt Park section of the Bronx Friday.

Fire officials say the body of a man, woman and a 4-year-old child were found in a Mosholu Golf Course parking lot. According to police, the child's body was found inside a red Nissan car and the bodies of the two adults were found outside. It is unclear if the victims are related.

Police are searching for two people seen leaving the scene. A loaded handgun, believed to be involved in the shootings, was found in the woman?s hand.
