Police say stolen credit cards have been recovered in Baldwin.
According to police, they found Thomas Pearl, of Freeport, after getting 911 calls about a suspicious man looking into neighborhood cars.
Pearl was first spotted on Clyde Road near Forest Avenue early yesterday morning.
Police say Pearl took off, but they caught up with him nearby.
Investigators recovered five stolen credit cards, pieces of mail, and items from a Pier 1 store.
