His run may be over on 'The Voice' after being cut from Team Blake, but Massapequa native Justin Johnes seems to be just getting started.
Johnes had over 800,000 views on his YouTube covers before his time on the singing reality show. Currently Johnes is recording music at the Loft Sound Studio in Plainview, which is owned and run by former Long Island reality star Donnie Klang.
The 15-year-old is also back at Plainedge High School.
Johnes sat down with News 12's Elisa DiStefano to discuss his time on the show, his coming back to regular life on Long Island and his future plans.
