The Grateful Dead launches concert series to benefit musicians affected by pandemic

The legendary music group, The Grateful Dead, wants to help other musicians affected by the pandemic.

The group is launching a weekly streaming series to benefit fellow musicians.

Each week, a performance will be pulled from the group's archives and put on the band's YouTube channel.

The series starts tonight at 8 p.m. with a performance from Fourth of July 1989 in Buffalo.
Those who watch can donate to Music-Cares' COVID-19 relief fund.
