Montauk may only have a population of about 3,000 people, but it is filled with big attractions and a lot of history.

This weekend on a new episode of The East End, we meet the keeper of the Montauk Point Lighthouse, and learned why it has been visited by tourists from all around the world.

The lighthouse has stood tall for almost 230 years, a 110-foot sandstone guiding beacon and symbol of voyage.
