A Ronkonkoma teenager faced a judge Thursday in connection to the murder of a North Amityville girl.
Police say 18-year-old Terrell Gray fired a gun at the house where 14-year-old Danielle Baker was attending a friend?s birthday party on April 8. Baker was hit in the throat by the gunfire and died. Investigators believe the shooting occurred because rival gang members inside the party played a rap cd depicting the rivalry.
Gray is charged with second-degree murder.
