The 18-year-old accused of killing a 14-year-old North Amityville girl at a birthday party was officially charged with murder Monday.
A judge ordered Terrell Gray, of Ronkonkoma, to remain held without bail until his trial. Gray is accused of shooting Danielle Baker on April 8. Gray allegedly shot through a window after he left the party because he felt a song being played was disrespectful to his gang.
Gray?s lawyer says whether Gray belongs to a gang is not relevant to the case.
