A teen accused of throwing a brick into a Bayville store will head to court today.
The incident happened Saturday at around 11:30 p.m. at Marty's Party on Bayville Avenue.
Police say Dakota Cantwell, 18, threw a brick into the front glass window and then went inside and stole several cartons of cigarettes.
Cantwell was arrested yesterday morning.
