Police say a Syosset teen was arrested, accused in the stabbing death a 15-year-old during a party in West Babylon.

According to police, detectives charged the 17-year-old male, whose name is being withheld due to his age, with murder in the second degree. The teen is scheduled to be arraigned today in Central Islip.

According to police, between 90 to 100 teens were at a party outside a home at 813 Carlton Road on Nov. 3 at 10:25 p.m. when a fight broke out. That’s when Liam Delemo was stabbed.

Delemo, 15, of West Babylon, was pronounced dead at the hospital.
