Superintendent: Hamden High School closed due to threat investigation

Hamden High School will be closed today over a threat, according to the Superintendent Jody Ian Goeler.
In a tweet, Goeler confirmed the closure was "out of an abundance of caution" and said it was to give police and school officials a chance to investigate the threat, which involved an anonymous tip to school administrators.
According to police, two Hamden High School students were charged with assault after a fight turned violent and one of those students was stabbed earlier this week.
