Mild start to Wednesday; unsettled weather on the way to end the workweek

News 12 Storm Watch Meteorologist Sam Augeri says more mild weather is in the forecast but there is an increasing chance of rain heading into the weekend.

WHAT'S NEW: After a fantastic day, clouds will move in tonight with partly sunny skies Wednesday. It will still feel mild and most of the day will be dry. Showers should hold off until after sunset. Unsettled weather follows through the end of the week.
WHAT'S NEXT: Scattered showers Thursday into Friday with the best chance of rain coming Saturday. It will be breezy as well, so not the greatest start to the weekend. Sunday will be the better weekend day with dry weather.

FRIDAY: Mostly cloudy with a chance of rain showers in the morning. Drying out later in the day. Highs near 52. Lows near 38.
SATURDAY: Cloudy and breezy with rain showers likely. Highs near 50. Lows near 40.
