It's been a great week, but our luck is about to change for the weekend. We're tracking showers and a few storms for Saturday & then a cool down on Sunday. The wind is back too, but neither day is a total loss.
Today: A mild start, with increasing clouds.
Today begins with a pleasant mix of sun and clouds, becoming overcast in the afternoon. Haze and smoke from ongoing wildfires in New Jersey could reduce visibility at times. Overnight, skies remain cloudy with a low around 55°F. Scattered showers are expected toward the early morning hours on Saturday.
SATURDAY: Wet & Windy
Saturday will be mostly cloudy with on-and-off showers throughout the day, and a spotty thunderstorm can’t be ruled out. It will be breezy, with high temperatures near 65°F.
Expect mostly cloudy skies Saturday night with a lingering chance of a shower. Temperatures will dip into the 50s.
SUNDAY: Cool & Breezy
Sunday brings a chance for a brief morning shower, followed by clearing skies and a breezy to windy afternoon. Gusty north west winds will keep temperatures cool in the afternoon. Highs will reach near 60 degrees.
Looking Ahead: A Pleasant Start to the Week
Monday and Tuesday is mostly sunny and mild with temperatures in the mid 70s. A few clouds move in for Wednesday with a scattered shower in the evening Thursday will be a touch cooler with highs in the mid 60s for the end of the work week.
