accumulation expected. Trending drier. Lows in the 30s.
TUESDAY: Mix of clouds with some sun. Windy with gusts up to
30 mph in spots. Highs in the 40s.

REST OF WORK WEEK: Dry and cooler than average.
NEXT WEEKEND: Watching another storm system. Too early to
confirm the precipitation type, but it is trending warm
enough for rain.
